- Channels: Instagram DMs and Facebook DMs (official Meta APIs only).
- Every team member gets their own login; no shared passwords.
- Automated workflows trigger on things a real person did — a comment, a keyword, a story reply, a contact tag, or a schedule. Winly does not send cold DMs, message new followers, or scrape profiles, and it operates within each platform's messaging windows.
